Techunafa Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Techunafa platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for use by businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

3. Description of Service

Techunafa enables businesses to connect their Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) accounts to an AI-powered chatbot. The Service allows automated responses to customer messages and comments on connected social media accounts.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information (including name, email, business name, and phone number) when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or third-party rights (including Meta’s policies)
  • Transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data

6. Data Collection and Use

By using the Service, you authorize Techunafa to collect and process:

  • Your business information (name, email, business name, phone number)
  • Access tokens and data provided by Meta
  • Customer messages, comments, and chat logs
  • Any data you or your customers provide via the Service

You acknowledge that customer messages and comments may be sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) for processing.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. Passwords are encrypted, but other data is stored in our database and accessible only to authorized personnel.

8. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at techunafa@gmail.com. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology on the Service are owned by Techunafa or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Meta platforms and may use third-party AI providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techunafa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Techunafa from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
